The Mayan civilization mysteriously disappeared centuries ago and yet they claimed to predict the end of the world! They couldn't predict their own end either. Well, it's a good thing that they were wrong, because my husband and I were able to celebrate 28 years of marriage today!

This was a sad day for me since my uncle passed away today. This past May, I flew to Japan to visit him and had a wonderful three days with him.  He somehow knew that he wasn't going to live long.  He had a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital.  I believe that God gave me those three days as a gift to say 'good-bye' to him while he was still alive.  We had the best talks during that time and shared with our hearts about things we needed to cleMake every moment count with those you love, because you don't know when the last time will be the final one.
